Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Thumbnail Studio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

Credits & billing

Each thumbnail you generate consumes 1 credit. Free accounts receive 10 credits on signup; paid plans renew monthly and grant credits on each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Thumbnail Studio to generate content that is illegal, that infringes on third-party rights, that depicts real people without consent, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish on.

Your content

You retain ownership of the scripts and reference images you upload, and of the thumbnails you generate. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
